Inspired by the catenary arches of Maluti Terracotta temples, Dumka museum is designed with contemporary form and vernacular character. The five galleries seamlessly connected portray the life and culture of the santhal region.  This regional museum also has  a Language centre, Auditorium and open air theatres to aid re-kindle the cultural dialogue in the town.
