Founded in 2010, Design Sync is an inter-disciplinary practice creating value-enabled solutions across the Urban Environment through Master Planning, Transport Design, Warehouse & Industrial Architecture, Retail, Commercial Workplace design and Residential interiors.

With founder Priya Shyam Parameswaran serving as the Managing Director, the firm today consists of a network of professionals who engage with the practice as a collaborative enterprise. Lead Design Checker

With a decade of experience in design of Metro stations we are one of India's few Lead Design Checkers for third party proof checking of Architecture and Space planning for Elevated , Underground Stations and Depot works. We also provide Pre-tender services for Metro tenders for Architecture and Finishing works. Design management as the owner's representative for built-to suit spaces is also dealt by the team

Our Journey

In the last decade, Design Sync has built a diverse portfolio of projects in the cities of Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, Aurangabad, Palakkad, Hubli, Hyderabad, Dharwad, Nagpur, Meerut and towns of Dumka, Honnavara, Bhatkal- covering a wide range of project types and scales.

Since our inception in June 2010, we have added complex project typologies to our portfolio. Currently, Urban Design, Transport Architecture, Warehouse design, Interior design for QSR, Retail Interiors, Commercial and Residential , Work Place Design, Master Planning , Feasibility & Recee studies, Lead Design Checker services & Pretender Services are offered in-house from Concept to Completion.
